Responsibilities
Call the leads that we provide to schedule Zoom meetings with clients
Present benefit programs to enroll recent clients and grow solid relationships with them
Work with your manager to establish transparent objectives and goals for yourself and achieve them through focused effort and determination
Requirements
Must be coachable and willing to acquire new skills
Must have a passion for helping others
Must hold or be willing to obtain an insurance license. If you do not have a license, we will help you find a solution
Must display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sales or customer service background is desirable but not essential
Laptop or computer is required (not tablet or Chromebook).
Must meet basic requirements for computer literacy
Must have a primary residence in Canada or the US and be fluent in English *note: we are not currently hiring in Quebec
