Key Responsibilities
Lead, maintain, and improve the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO standards
Oversee QC inspection processes, calibration procedures, and documentation
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Prepare reports, maintain records, and support external audits
Ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Must have Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting or Must have Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager and/or within a Quality Assurance Environment
Must have proven experience in ISO system implementation
Must be able to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment
Must be English and Computer literate
Preferred with Knowledge of Continuous Improvement techniques and Nonconformance Root Cause Investigation, Analysis, and Corrective Action Resolution skills
Preferred have Supervisory / Management skills
Preferred have Excellent Customer Service skills
Preferred familiar with Statistics and Trend Analysis
Preferred with Knowledge of QC Inspection techniques
Preferred with Knowledge of IMTE Calibration devices and practices
Preferred with University/College Degree
Strong knowledge of QC inspection, calibration procedures, and quality tools
Ability to read and interpret dial calipers and tape measures
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‐solving skills
Ability to problem solve / multi-task / negotiate / deal with complexity
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
