The Lake Louise Ski Resort is seeking a Chef De Partie to oversee outlet kitchen staff and ensure top-quality food preparation and service. You will lead and direct the team, monitor inventories, and ensure sanitation standards are met daily.
This is a full time seasonal position at Lake Louise, AB. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, robust leadership and communication skills, and solid knowledge of food handling and sanitation.
