The Opportunity

Marketing & Digital Commerce Specialist in

Langley, British Columbia . As the Marketing & Digital Commerce Specialist, you will play a vital role in executing marketing programs, supporting customer engagement initiatives, coordinating brand rollouts, managing digital content, and increasing product and service visibility across multiple channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position will support two major brand transition initiatives, execute integrated marketing campaigns, develop content, manage marketplace visibility, and coordinate day-to-day marketing operations across the portfolio.

As the Marketing & Digital Commerce Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, social media, events, sponsorships, and partnerships

Developing and executing customer email campaigns, promotions, and recurring communications

Creating and maintaining campaign calendars, project schedules, and marketing deliverables

Planning, managing, and executing brand implementation and rollout initiatives

Creating and coordinating marketing content including webpages, blogs, flyers, brochures, promotions, presentations,



and sales support materials

Supporting social media content planning, publishing, and audience engagement

Coordinating promotional merchandise, sponsorships, community initiatives, and industry association programs

Supporting video content planning and development

Managing inventory and product visibility across online marketplaces and industry listing platforms

Coordinating marketplace content, images, product information, and promotional activities

Managing and maintaining Google Business Profiles, Bing Places, and other business listing platforms

Executing customer review and reputation management initiatives

Managing marketing assets, content libraries, image repositories, and supporting documentation

Coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Collaborating with sales teams, operational leaders, agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives

Tracking campaign performance and supporting KPI reporting

Identifying opportunities to improve processes, consistency, and execution efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related role

Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Strong content development, communication, proofreading, and editing skills

Experience managing websites, email campaigns, social media channels, and digital content

Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines





Ability to work independently and drive projects from concept through execution

Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Experience with project management platforms such as Asana or similar

Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with website content management systems such as Shopify or similar

Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing systems

Experience with Google Business Profile and online listings management

Experience with campaign performance reporting and KPI tracking

Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and marketing reporting platforms are considered an asset

Experience within B2B, industrial, manufacturing, heavy equipment, construction, mining, or related industries is considered an asset

Strong technology aptitude, with experience using PIM systems, marketing automation platforms, marketplace and ecommerce platforms, product data management tools, analytics and reporting tools, or AI and emerging marketing technologies considered a strong asset
