Oversee and lead residential framing operations effectively
Assemble wall and floor systems accurately in office
Analyze building plans for correct material use
Uphold safety standards and contribute to quality control
Engage in problem-solving and resource planningRequirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years in residential framing
Journeyman Carpenter designation is beneficial
Skills in AutoCAD and Revit highly regarded
