In this pivotal role, you will mentor Senior Project Coordinators and Project Design Supervisors across Decoustics and Strongsville divisions. Your leadership will drive performance reviews, project scheduling, and the creation of detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD. Collaborate with internal and external clients to address design needs while enhancing team capabilities through process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team of 8–9 members
• Assign projects and manage team workload effectively
• Ensure shop drawing accuracy using AutoCAD software




• Collaborate on design inquiries with clients and stakeholders
• Manage invoicing and billing with external freelancers

Requirements:
• 15+ years in commercial construction industry
• Over 15 years of leadership experience in design teams
• Advanced AutoCAD expertise; SolidWorks knowledge is a plus
• Familiarity with custom ceiling design (fiberglass, metal, wood)
• Proven ability in conflict resolution and collaboration
