Lead the cutover and go-live for the new Health Information System at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. This role requires strategic execution for safe transitions across multiple locations in the Greater Toronto Area.

As the HIS Conversion and Go-Live Manager, you will report directly to the Project Director of Training. This senior operational leadership position demands a deep understanding of HIS implementations and multi-site healthcare transitions. You will drive cutover planning, logistics, and operational strategies to ensure every site implements the current system effectively and confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive cutover and go-live plans
• Align technical schedules with clinical business objectives




• Identify and manage cutover risks during transitions
• Facilitate dress rehearsals and lessons learned capture
• Oversee command center workflows and team morale

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics or related field
• 5-7 years of project management in healthcare
• Experience with multi-site HIS implementations
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
