Partnering with Client Leads and Consultants, you’ll foster innovative leadership development solutions and optimize team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Steward and improve coaching and facilitation practices
• Lead recruitment and quality management of external coaches
• Design capability-building initiatives for practitioners
• Facilitate development experiences for clients
• Mentor team members to support practice growth
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years in leadership development and coaching
• ICF-credentialed Executive Coaching and Team Coaching certification
• Expertise in coaching and team effectiveness practices
• Demonstrated experience working with senior leaders
