Trillium Health Partners is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to lead healthcare system integrations using HL7 v2.x and FHIR R4. You will work with Epic, SQL Server 2022, .NET, and Azure DevOps to design compliant interfaces that ensure high performance and reliability.
You will join the DevOps team and contribute to real-time data exchange, SOA patterns, and scalable integration solutions in a hospital setting. Solid collaboration with IT and clinical teams is essential.
