You will also analyze project accounting, cash flow, and variance reporting, providing vital insights to stakeholders while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare month-end and quarter-end working papers and reconciliations
• Support job cost and land development accounting




• Conduct variance analysis and management reporting
• Assist with cash flow forecasting and reporting
• Act as a contact for year-end support with external accountants

Requirements:
• CPA designation from public practice is mandatory
• 3-5 years' experience in public accounting or private enterprise
• Hands-on tax return and working paper preparation experience
• Strong ASPE technical knowledge and Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills with leadership
