Key Responsibilities: Supervisory responsibilities Train and develop valet drivers to meet site expectations
Hold drivers accountable
Coordinate with all stakeholders including guests, clients, and employees
Revenue management
Tips management
Coordinate with Headoffice

Valet Responsibilities Greet guests by opening their door as they arrive
Park guests’ vehicles safely in designated parking spots




Provide exceptional customer service and assistance with luggage and other needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet bay at all times
Communicate effectively with clients, guests, and other team members
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and customer service

Qualifications Valid G driver’s license and clean driving record
Prior lead or management experience overseeing a team in the hospitality industry
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Assets: Post-secondary education in hospitality or related field
Ability to speak additional languages
Compensation: $20+/Hourly – Varies between locations.
