We are seeking a Chief Mine Geologist for our Timmins West Mine, working Monday to Friday or a 4 on, 3 off schedule. Your role will drive geological activities, oversee grade control, and ensure accuracy in geological models. This position is critical in supporting both short and long-range mine planning efforts while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily grade control and underground geological activities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee geological data collection through sampling and mapping




• Review and approve mine layouts and annual forecasts
• Develop drilling schedules and manage budget proposals

Requirements:
• B.Sc in Geology and P.Geo designation
• 8-10 years of exploration and production geology experience
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and GIS software
• Excellent communication abilities
