The Finance Department at YVR is seeking a permanent, full time Director, Financial Planning and Analysis. This role reports to the Vice President, Finance and CFO, and is essential in providing strategic financial leadership. Your objective will be to build a team that effectively forecasts, budgets, and analyzes financial performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and nurture a high-performing FP&A; team
• Serve as a trusted advisor and provide actionable financial insights




• Partner with operations to align financial and business objectives
• Oversee annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Implement robust financial models for strategic analysis

Requirements:
• 10+ years in FP&A; or corporate finance
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• CPA designation required
• Familiar with IFRS and ASPE accounting principles
• Understanding of airline industry dynamics preferred
