STA is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead recent business in school modernization and new builds across the GTA and Ontario. You will build and manage your own pipeline by networking with architects, general contractors, school boards, and principals, and you will own the front end of multi-year deals.
This is a pure new-business role with 12–18 months groundwork, long sales cycles, and uncapped commission potential.
