As a Tooling Project Manager, you'll report to the RFBR Deputy Project Director and be accountable for the complete tooling lifecycle, from requirements to readiness. Leveraging a strong background in nuclear industry practices, you’ll ensure safety, risk management, and quality in project execution. Collaborate with various stakeholders to continually improve processes and tooling effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tooling lifecycle: design, procurement, testing
• Interface with vendors and OPG stakeholders
• Propel a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Update and monitor cost and schedule metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of nuclear industry experience
• Robust background in retube tooling designs
• 2+ years of Engineered Tooling expertise preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to hold Nuclear Energy Worker status
