SUMMARY:To provide prompt and superior customer service at the retail postal outlet.Maintain excellent customer service and checkout area DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customersMaintains a neat and organized checkout areaGreets all customers and displays warm demeanorAccurately scans or enters product dataAccurately accounts for cash and coupon, lottery, and PC OptimumAsks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction MERCHANDISING: Ensures proper documentation completed with respect to customers receipt and return of goodsMerchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e. facing, signing, labeling, etc) LOSS PREVENTION: Ensures loss prevention Standards are followedControls cash, lottery, and stamp inventory GENERAL:
