The Line Leader will play a crucial part in preparing materials and operating equipment, driving superior operations every shift.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise assembly and packaging staff performance
• Follow GMP guidelines for safety and cleanliness




• Monitor production efficiency and improve processes
• Report stock discrepancies to Production Supervisor
• Communicate quality issues to inspectors

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous packaging equipment experience preferred
• 1-2 years in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic packaging
• Understanding of GMPs and SOPs
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
