Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce health and safety programs across operations
• Lead crew towards achieving operating targets
• Optimize drilling, blasting,



and truck functions
• Administer safety and environmental policies
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance teams

Requirements:
• Valid Open Pit Shift Boss certificate required
• Minimum three years in open pit mining leadership
• Knowledge of BC Health, Safety, and Reclamation Code
• Familiarity with Wenco Dispatch system is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License needed
