Director of Operations - Prairie PoCUS

Prairie PoCUS is looking for a driven, dependable Director of Operations to lead and optimize our day-to-day operations. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, brings strong leadership and organizational instincts, and is invested in building efficient, scalable systems. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, manages people and priorities well, and communicates clearly across every level of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations; establish policies, procedures, and performance standard Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, quality, and cost effectiveness

Translate strategic goals into operational plans; monitor KPIs

Lead, mentor, and support operations staff; build an accountable team culture

Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management





Manage operational budgets, forecast needs, and control costs with finance

Oversee systems/tools; ensure regulatory, safety, and organizational compliance; build for scale

Serve as key contact for operational issues and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience); 7+ years progressive operations/management experience; proven leadership; strong analytical and decision-making skills

Preferred: Master's degree or certification; experience scaling multi-site operations; healthcare, education, or service industry experience
