We are seeking motivated PEERS for Teens/Young Adults Instructors to lead social skills training groups for neurodivergent teens. You will deliver the evidence-based PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) curriculum in-person or online, facilitating engaging lessons, group discussions, and ongoing support for participants. Collaboration with social coaches, families, and caregivers is key to ensuring sustained progress.
Responsibilities Deliver PEERS curriculum lessons and facilitate group discussions
Support participant skill development and track progress
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and social coaches to reinforce learned skills
Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that empowers teens
Qualifications PEERS certification for Teens or Young Adults required
Experience teaching social and communication skills to teens and/or young adults
Knowledge of neurodivergent populations and family collaboration
Familiarity with evidence-based social-emotional learning strategies




Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related fields
