As an experienced Finance Manager, you will report to the Director of Finance and manage various financial processes for Aspire's portfolio of acquired companies. Your expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and statutory compliance will be crucial as you drive financial performance and support the integration of new acquisitions. You'll work closely with Finance team members, Portfolio Managers, and Managing Directors to ensure overall financial health and achievement of targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze performance strategies for opportunities
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews highlighting results
• Drive financial planning and KPI framework analysis
• Oversee monthly financial close and reporting tasks
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial controls
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience
• 2+ years in team management
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls
• Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite ERP or similar software
