As a core member of the Product Management team, the Product Manager plays a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, shaping competitive product strategies, and partnering cross functionally to deliver products that drive growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Our ideal candidate is an analytical team player who brings exceptional business acumen and a deep understanding of how commercial, financial, and operational levers connect to drive results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the product portfolio from concept to end-of-life, identifying opportunities to grow, improve, or rationalize SKUs
Owns the end-to-end business performance of an assigned product line including full financial accountability delivering top-line revenue goals and bottom-line profitability targets
Define and deliver KPIs, track performance against targets (revenue, margin, share, etc.), and take corrective action based on insights
Manage product lifecycle costs, optimize pricing, and consistently deliver against profitability targets
Proactively identify opportunities, taking ownership, and driving innovative solutions that create business value
Define and drive the overall strategy for the assigned portfolio, including long-term vision, positioning, and investment priorities, sequencing initiatives based on commercial impact, customer value, and strategic fit
Develop and manage pricing strategy, including base pricing and promotional offers
Partner with Finance and Sales to optimize price realization and margin
Lead or influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
Develop and articulate the product strategy and long-term vision for the assigned category, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and customer needs
Conduct ongoing market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer feedback and insight gathering to identify opportunities and inform business decisions
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
3–5 years of experience in product, category, sales, or marketing management
Experience in a manufacturing or branded consumer products environment is preferred
Strong understanding of the product development process, from concept through launch
Ability to translate market dynamics, financial data, and customer insights into sound business decisions that drive revenue growth
Entrepreneurial, execution mindset with demonstrated ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategic planning
Analytical and strategic thinker, capable of making data-informed decisions
Strong financial and business acumen with proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders and functional areas
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Customer-focused mindset, with a robust sense of market trends and end-user needs
Valid driver's license and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
