This nursing role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and includes providing vital client education and support. Your expertise will create a culturally secure workplace that promotes independence and well-being. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
Advocate for client rights and provide information




Monitor and assess clients’ responses to care
Educate clients and families on managing psychiatric conditions
Participate in case conferences for coordinated care Requirements:
Graduate from an approved nursing program
Active registration with BCCNM as a Psychiatric Nurse
Minimum two years experience working with mental health clients
Ability to apply evidence-based practices in care
