As a vital member of the Client Engagement Team, you will focus on retaining and growing business with AIG’s major accounts. This role requires excellent relationship-building skills, effective communication, and a strategic mindset to navigate complex insurance relationships. Collaborate with various teams to ensure client-centric solutions are delivered consistently to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as the primary contact for key client partners • Build strategic relationships with C-suite executives • Develop Client Summaries to identify business opportunities • Drive initiatives with Broker Distribution and Underwriting leaders • Implement marketing strategies to enhance client engagement

Requirements: • 10+ years of client relationship management experience • Proven experience in P&C; Insurance • Ability to influence key stakeholders • Robust financial and accounting skills • Proficiency in French is a plus
