Elevate your career as the Regional interRAI Manager with Jarlette Health Services in Midland, Ontario. In this permanent full time role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to lead the interRAI Program across Long-Term Care homes.

Under the guidance of the Director of Long-Term Care Operations, you will manage and evaluate the program's impact on resident-centered care while complying with regulatory standards and strategic goals. Your expertise in RAI/MDS will be crucial to enhance Case Mix Index (CMI) results and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee interRAI project data accuracy across homes




Develop and implement staff education for best practices
Ensure compliance with government legislation and company policies
Evaluate program performance and implement improvements
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance care Requirements:
Current Registered Practical Nurse license
Certification in Gerontology and RAI/MDS training
3 years' experience in long-term care or geriatrics
Solid leadership and communication skills
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel Take the lead in improving resident care quality through effective interRAI management and education initiatives.
