Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing client portfolio

Advise private businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and developers

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documents

Handle corporate transactions, reorganizations, acquisitions, and financings

Manage commercial and real estate transactions from inception to completion

Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients

Qualifications

5-10+ years of solicitor-side experience

Strong background in corporate, commercial, and/or real estate law

Portable book of business preferred

Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow client relationships

Strong business development skills and community presence

Excellent drafting, negotiation,



and communication skills

Member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta
