The Facilities Operations Manager is essential for the successful management and upkeep of resort facilities. Reporting to the Spa Facilities Director, you will supervise maintenance and grounds teams, implement preventative maintenance, and coordinate with various contractors. Your leadership will ensure facilities align with high guest experience standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of spa and facilities
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Manage contractor services and performance effectively
Requirements:
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment
• Solid knowledge of building maintenance systems
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Available for flexible hours, including on-call shifts
