You will collaborate closely with Public Relations and Food Services teams to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Strong customer service and organizational skills will be vital as you oversee group bookings and address any dietary needs or changes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate group food service bookings with industry partners
• Review FS Groups Reports for accuracy and updates
• Ensure compliance with pricing, invoicing, and payments




• Manage communication regarding dietary needs and visitor concerns
• Provide ongoing support and training for team systems

Requirements:
• Strong communication and patient demeanor
• Experience in food services and hospitality
• Post-graduate degree preferred in related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft 360 office suite
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
