Exciting prospect for a Snowmaking Technician at Granby Ranch in Colorado for the winter season! Participate in creating quality snow while ensuring equipment and workspace efficiency.

This full-time seasonal position reports to the Slope Maintenance Supervisor. Responsibilities include operating fan guns, checking snow quality, and maintaining snowmaklng equipment. This role demands physical endurance for overnight shifts in challenging weather and involves hiking through snow while efficiently staging snowmaking tools and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain organized and efficient snowmaking workspace
• Adjust fan guns for optimal snow quality
• Operate snowmobiles and UTV/ATV for equipment
• Hook up and clean snowmaking hoses regularly
• Communicate shift progress and equipment status to Supervisor

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with snowmobiles and ATVs preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
