Join Raymond James as a Correspondent Services Associate, providing exceptional client support in a dynamic workplace. Manage relationships with custody clients and ensure seamless service transitions.

In this 12-month contract role, you will be an essential part of the Raymond James Correspondent Services team. As a Relationship Associate, you will tackle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and train clients on procedures. Your strong problem-solving and organizational skills will be vital as you navigate regulatory deadlines and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a primary contact for Correspondent clients
• Proactively address issues and ensure timely resolutions
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for client needs




• Train clients on current procedures and products
• Monitor client-related controls and reporting

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office; Dataphile experience is a plus
• French language skills are an asset
