As a Hydrocarbon Extraction Operator, you’ll adhere to stringent SOPs while operating extraction equipment. This role necessitates strong attention to detail, and you’ll participate in KPI discussions to maximize production efficiency. You are expected to train new staff, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow all safety measures including PPE usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete HC extractor operations and THCA isolation processes
• Maintain accurate inventory control of lab supplies
• Actively participate in KPI discussions for extraction performance
• Report improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and yield
• Communicate handoff effectively between shifts
Requirements:
• Experience in cannabis or manufacturing is preferred
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Pass a criminal background check
