Indwell in Kitchener–St. Mark’s Place is seeking a Supportive Housing Coordinator to join our interdisciplinary team. This full time role supports treatment, rehabilitation, and care for tenants within our housing program serving individuals affected by housing instability.
You will work to connect tenants with community resources, facilitate programs, coordinate volunteers, manage admissions, and help tenants achieve independence while maintaining a secure, respectful setting.
