Hospital is looking for a passionate Registered Practical Nurse for its Endoscopy unit on a part time, contract basis. This position involves working 15 hours bi-weekly, providing critical support in patient assessments and endoscopic procedures. You'll utilize your strong medical background and assessment skills in a setting that prioritizes exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:
Support the endoscopy team during procedures
Assess and monitor patient vital signs
Maintain a secure and compliant endoscopy environment
Record detailed patient care notes in Meditech and PICIS
Manage on-call duties as required Requirements:
RPN Diploma from a recognized institution
Valid BCLS and IV certifications mandatory
Minimum of 1 year experience in endoscopy
Knowledge of Meditech and PICIS is an asset
