Position Summary

As part of the continued evolution of the CADA 360 Perks Platform, CADA is expanding its internal capabilities to support growth, improve the member experience, and establish a scalable operating model that will support participating dealers, advisors, carriers, and service partners well into the future.

The Manager, CADA 360 Platform Operations, is responsible for the day-to-day operation, implementation, onboarding, administration, and continuous improvement of the CADA 360 Benefits Platform.

Working closely with the Executive Director, this position plays a key role in supporting platform growth, coordinating with outside consultants and service providers, documenting and improving operational processes, and building the internal capabilities necessary to support CADA's near and long-term platform strategy.

The successful candidate will act as the primary operational liaison between CADA, participating employers, advisors, carriers,



and platform partners.

Continuous Process Improvement

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Benefits Administration at a managerial level.
Very solid understanding of group benefits administration and TPA software.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Bilingual Skills (English/French) both written and spoken are highly desirable.
