We are looking for a reliable, hands-on General Maintenance Worker to handle the upkeep of a commercial building located in South Edmonton. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 10 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, making this an ideal role for someone looking for steady, supplemental income, a semi-retired tradesperson, or an experienced handy person.
Key Responsibilities
Lawn Care & Grounds: Mowing, weeding, trash cleanup, and general exterior upkeep during the warmer months.
Snow Removal: Shoveling walkways and applying ice melt during winter months.
Building Maintenance: Performing minor repairs, changing light fixtures, painting touch-ups, and troubleshooting general facility issues.
Cleaning: Maintaining common areas, sweeping, and general facility sanitation.
General Care: Routine monitoring of the property’s overall condition and equipment.

Proven experience in general property maintenance, landscaping, or handy work.
