You will maintain a professional demeanor while carrying out minor repairs, cleaning duties, and responding to the demands of residents and staff. Your presence on-site is crucial for maintaining quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues
• Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas
• Assist in snow removal and lift heavy objects
• Drive small vehicles and machinery as required
Requirements:
• Background in property management or skilled trades
• Excellent communication skills between all parties
• Basic computer and keyboarding skills
• Ability to lift and push heavy objects
