As a Server at Chartwell, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere where residents and guests enjoy high-quality food and service. Your attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and dedication to customer service will help ensure every mealtime is a highlight of the day.

What You’ll Do

Take and deliver tableside food and beverage orders

Provide prompt, friendly service to residents and guests

Prepare the dining room for service and clear tables according to Chartwell standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization

Ensure a safe and efficient dining environment

Attend to residents' preferences and personal tastes with care and attentiveness

What You’ll Bring

Sever experience

Secondary school diploma or equivalent

Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain—training provided)

Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills

Enthusiasm for creating positive dining experiences

Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting

Additional Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry heavy items

Manual dexterity to handle food service equipment

Comfortable working in a hot dining room environment

Clear Criminal Background Check, VSS and TB Test where required
