The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to join the Scenic & Emerald Cruises' River Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the successful execution of marketing programs across our luxury travel brands through a combination of project coordination, campaign support, and day-to-day marketing administration.

Working across both print and digital channels, you will help coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious and motivated marketing professional looking to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities while contributing to the growth of two globally recognized luxury cruise brands.

Key Responsibilities

Manage deployment schedules, track tactics and meet deadlines as required

Coordinate projects with other departments and team members as they relate to marketing and communications to ensure timely completion of tactics

Collaborate with team members to request, create and deploy required assets

Coordinate the timely and relevant flow of marketing information to internal departments and external partners

Support the planning and execution of Information Sessions and related marketing activities

Support pricing updates for marketing campaigns and ensure pricing accuracy

Plan,



book and track regional & national print media insertions

Provide co-op marketing support for Trade Sales team

Email Marketing & Digital Communications

Manage in-market email content calendars and proactively build deployment schedules

Use software to create / regionalise emails for Canadian audience (write/edit copy, update images, reflect current offers etc.) while ensuring brand guidelines are followed

Create third party (B2B) emails (Trade & Consumer); include UTM links and Zip files if/as required

Work closely with Trade Sales and Brand Directors to create bi-weekly dedicated Trade eNewsletter

Proofread and confirm copy & brand accuracy of print and digital marketing collateral

Social Media & Website Management

Audit websites for marketing consistency and report errors for action

Manage (Trade) Facebook content calendar: write copy, gather assets and post on an ongoing basis

Create and manage social media content, including drafting copy and coordinating assets

Administration

Update spreadsheets with statistical, financial and non-financial information

Set up promotion codes and other campaign tracking tools (UTM links, Infinity Hub); assist in the monitoring and reporting of results

Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics

Support Marketing Director and Manager with invoice processing

Skills And Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing;





Minimum of 2 years of marketing work experience, preferably with luxury products;

Extremely well organized, detail oriented, creative, with competency in critical thinking, problem solving, long term planning;

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;

Process driven, comfortable with performing similar tasks consistently;

Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in copy writing & editing;

Valuable understanding of office management and marketing principles;

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines while ensuring required follow up on outstanding elements;

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach;

Intermediate user of Microsoft Office suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook;

Outstanding team player; able to work both independently and as part of a team
