Key Responsibilities:
• Educate patients on optimal eyewear options
• Assist in selecting fashionable vision solutions
• Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments
• Train and coach team members in optical standards
• Deliver outstanding customer service for patient satisfaction

Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Minimum one year of optical experience
• Registered Optician in Ontario
• Proficient with technology, including MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
