The Lab Technician plays an important role in supporting the Main Pulp Lab and ensuring the quality of our products.
This position is responsible for conducting final pulp quality testing, performing routine maintenance & calibrations on laboratory equipment, & providing technical support to Operations, Process Engineering, & customer service teams. The Lab Technician contributes to the mill's success by ensuring accurate and reliable testing results while maintaining a safe & effective lab environment.

comprehensive training will be provided. Candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, & a commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Lab or science-related experience is an asset, but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills through on-the-job training
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
