Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable tasks
• Handle daily invoicing and customer maintenance
• Enter staff time into central databases
• Prepare end-of-day reports and maintain confidential files
• Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• AP/AR experience is an asset
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
