As a Medical Facility Security Guard in a Hospital setting , physical ability and ability to De- eskale situation is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling and de-escalate situations in a Hospital setting.

Position: 14 days Rotational Schedule ( Day and Night shifts) Day shift hours 7 Am to 7 Pm and Night Shift hours 7 Pm to 7 Am

Responsibilities For Medical Facility Security Guard
Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
Verify identities and control access to secure areas
React quickly to threats or incidents
Responding to code
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
Document incidents and actions takenRespond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Qualifications For Medical Facility Security Guard
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid Manitoba security license
First aid certification an asset is an assett or willing to obtain
Use of Force is an assett or willing to obtain
Ability to stand and walk entire shift
Good verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
Tactical experience (Asset)
Customer service oriented
Leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a stressful workplace
