SMCP seeks a part time Retail Operations Associate for Maje at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Richmond. You will support back-of-house operations, inventory, and merchandising to ensure an excellent customer experience on the sales floor.
Requirements: 1+ years in sales support, strong organization, attention to detail, and flexibility (evenings/weekends). Bilingual is a plus. You’ll handle POS, cycle counts, transfers, pricing updates, and keeps displays fresh and aligned with brand guidelines.
