Who We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or business development role is preferred
Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and build relationships
Motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail with the ability to document and manage customer interactions accurately
Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems
Valid BC Class 5 or 7 driver’s license with a clean abstract
Compensation:
$50,000-$70,000 per year
What Your Day Will Look Like:
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule service appointments
Assist customers with inquiries and provide a high level of service both over the phone and online
Gather customer concerns, identify service needs, and communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Technicians
Generate service appointments by following retention and business development programs
Provide accurate estimates and communicate service details clearly to customers
Conduct post‑service follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions
Support email and mail campaigns, including follow‑up with customers
Stay up to date on manufacturer maintenance schedules, recalls, and service recommendations
