As a full-time Program Implementer, you will deliver direct services to preschoolers with autism and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices aligned with individualized intervention plans. You'll contribute to clinical intake, parent coaching, and support children with varied needs in diverse settings, including clinics, homes, and childcare centers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct interventions to preschool-aged children with autism
• Implement evidence-based autism interventions based on care pathways
• Support families through education and coaching programs
• Work under supervision from clinical professionals
• Travel to various service locations as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Child and Youth Studies
• Experience with young children with developmental disabilities
• Certification in Basic Life Support and First Aid required
• Reliable vehicle and valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
