• Interact regularly with Building and Property Managers
• Complete maintenance requests within 24 hours
• Maintain thorough logs of work performed




• Manage overall maintenance programs for the property
• Replace light bulbs and complete daily checks

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of residential Maintenance/Trades experience
• Basic handyperson skills required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Pool maintenance experience is beneficial
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various conditions
