The successful candidate will manage offshore teams while collaborating closely with US stakeholders to align QA efforts with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of a shared services QA model in India
Develop governance frameworks and service-level agreements




Own the QA roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives
Direct the transformation of QA through AI technologies
Foster a culture of embedded quality across the software lifecycle Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, 10+ years in QA
5+ years in a senior leadership role
