Become a Health Care Aide at AgeCare, enhancing resident well-being through dedicated care and support. This role focuses on personal care, patient transfers, and assistance during meals in a cooperative setting. As a key member of the care team, you will work under the supervision of a Staff Nurse to deliver essential services tailored to residents' individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include bathing, transferring residents safely, assisting with meals, and providing routine treatments to ensure comfort and health. This role empowers you to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors. Key Responsibilities:
Bathe and wash residents following care plans
Assist with transfers using proper equipment
Feed residents during meal times
Provide routine treatments under nurse supervision
Accompany residents to activities and meals Requirements:
One year of experience in a similar role preferred
Completion of recognized PCA/HCA Certificate Course
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Registration with CLHA required
