Gwillimdale Farms is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations including production, packing and shipping in Bradford, Ontario. You will drive safety, quality and productivity, maintain records, and support continuous improvement of packaging lines.
You will supervise the production team, manage timecards, train recent hires, and ensure equipment runs reliably while following company policies and food safety standards.
