This role is essential for improving service delivery in the Canadian Tire Financial Services contact centre. You will consolidate data, develop forecasts, and support management teams in achieving budgetary goals. Key Responsibilities:



• Support management in achieving budgetary service level goals • Lead modeling exercise improvements using approved assumptions • Create and maintain performance dashboards for leadership • Track performance against budget targets across business units • Develop staffing schedules for service level goals

Requirements: • Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field • Solid analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Suite, including Excel and Power BI • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Python is advantageous • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
